Our knowledagble staff takes pride in coming to work everyday and helping you with your soft water needs! Getting to know you is our number one priority, but welcoming people into your home isn't always the most comfortable situation. To ease your mind, here is some information about our staff.

Steve Vlcko

Owner since company started in 12/1999 Installer, Repairs, Deliveries, Sales and whatever else needs done I really like owning my own business. My hours are flexible which allows me to spend time with my family and working on other projects. Solving problems and helping people is very rewarding. It is very satisfying to do quality work at an affordable price for good people. I like spending time with my wife and two girls and am an avid bike rider and golfer. I also spend time working on bikes and building things in my shop.

Jon Grabe

Jon has been with Vlcko's since 2005 as the manager; managing the office, store, shop maintenance and deliveries. He enjoys working for Vlcko's because it is a small family owned businesss and the family friendly work environment allows him to have an active family lifestyle. He also enjoys working with all the small community and rural customers. In Jon's free time you will find him spending time with his wife and 3 children. Along with that, he likes watching any Iowa Hawkeye sporting event, target shooting and boxing training.
